6. Compliance with rules and regulations.
(1)All generating stations will abide by the Safety Code and other good practices. A generating station running in parallel with the grid will in addition abide by the Grid Code. Distribution Code, Load Despatch and System Operations Code, Metering Code and other codes and regulations as aid down from time to time.(2)No generating station running in parallel with the grid shall be entitled to any compensation in the event of grid failure.
