Learned counsel representing the petitioner as also respondent No.1 does not dispute this fact.
Accordingly, presence of learned senior counsel for respondent No.2 be reflected in the zimini orders, dated 9.5.2023 and 18.5.2023 and corrected order sheets be placed on record.
