Section 6 in The Maharashtra Electricity Consumption of Electrical Energy (Restriction) Order, 1974
6. Nothing in this order shall apply to consumption of electrical energy for purposes of -
(i)Railway traction;(ii)Public Water Supply;(iii)Lifts and Water Pumps;(iv)Agricultural Pumps;(v)Water Works and Irrigation Projects executed by Government of local authorities;(vi)Coal Mines;(vii)Trombay Fertilizer Plant;(viii)Flour Mills (small, that is, Chakkies).
