Section 4(1) in Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer's Right to Information) Regulations, 2000
(1)The licensee shall make available at its offices for perusal of any Consumer(a)its approved Codes of Practice (Application for Supply, Code on Conditions of Supply and Procedures, Consumer Rights Statement, Code of Practice on Payment of Bills, and Complaint Handling Procedure)(b)its approved Standards of Performance; and(c)its approved Tariff Schedule.(d)The Regulations made by APERC on Consumer's Right to Information.
