Section 29(1) in The M.P. Upcharika, Prasavika, Sahai Upcharika Prasavika Tatha Swasthya Paridarshak Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1972
(1)No Court shall take cognizance of an offence punishable under this Act, except upon complaint in writing made by the Registrar or any other officer authorised by the Council in this behalf by general or special order.
