Section 4(1) in Chhattisgarh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2006
(1)The selection of the social workers members of the board shall be made by a selection committee consisting of the following persons namely : -(a)District and Session's Judge;(b)District Collector;(c)Commissioner of Police/District Superintendent of Police.
