4. Selection of the members of Juvenile Justice Board.
(1)The selection of the social workers members of the board shall be made by a selection committee consisting of the following persons namely : -(a)District and Session's Judge;(b)District Collector;(c)Commissioner of Police/District Superintendent of Police.(2)There shall be panel of not more than five names identified from willing and competent persons in the district chosen by the committee.(3)The Government shall appoint social workers members to the board, only from the persons recommended by the selection committee. No persons shall be eligible for appointment unless he is recommended by the selection committee.
