Section 16(1) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Auction of sand in the water courses vesting in Gram Panchayat) Rules, 2000
(1)The knocked down amount shall be entered in the register separately for each reach Gram Panchayat by the District PanchayatOfficer in the proforma prescribed in Annexure-III. This shall be signed by the Auctioning Authority and the highest bidder.
