16. Register for knocked down amount and issue of certificate of auction.
(1)The knocked down amount shall be entered in the register separately for each reach Gram Panchayat by the District PanchayatOfficer in the proforma prescribed in Annexure-III. This shall be signed by the Auctioning Authority and the highest bidder.(2)A letter along with a certificate shall be issued to the successful bidder or tenderer on the same day of auction which shall be placed before the Gram Panchayat for information.
