Section 47(1) in The Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishwavidyalaya Adhiniyam, 1998
(1)Every college or polytechnic shall furnish such reports, returns and other information as the Executive Council, after obtaining the opinion of the Academic Council, may require to enable it to judge the efficiency of the institution.
