Section 6(2) in The Azadpur Agricultural Produce Market Committee Bye-Laws, 1980
(2)If quorum at a meeting of the Committee is not complete within half an hour of the scheduled time of the meeting, or if it falls short while the meeting is continuing the meeting shall be deemd to have been adjourned to any other day of which a notice shall be given to the members.
