18. Form of ballot paper.
(1)Every ballot paper shall have a counterfoil attached thereto and the said ballot paper and the counterfoil shall be in such form as the Election Authority may, by order, direct.(2)Every ballot paper shall, before issue to an elector, be(a)Stamped or shall be written on its back such of the details as may be specified by the "Election Authority". Name and number of the polling station Name of the Water Users' Association Name of the Mandal(b)signed in full on its back by the Polling Officer.
