Section 87(b) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(b)Gate pass in Form XXI-A shall be issued to any person intending to carry notified agricultural produce from or through the market provided he pays fees or charges payable under the Act, Rules or Bye-laws.
