(4)[ In the event of any Member ceasing to be a Member, the Coupon Books issued to him for his use and for the use of his spouse and dependent children and an attendant accompanying him shall be returned forthwith to the Secretary.] [Substituted vide Punjab Government Gazette Extra dated 5.12.1979.][9.
