Section 37B in The Bengal Land-Revenue Sales Act, 1859

37B. [ Sale when to be set aside] [Sections 37A & 37B inserted by Bengal Act 7 of 1942.]. - (1) Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Act where the deposit required by section 37A is made within thirty days from the date of the sale, the Collector shall make an order setting aside the sale, provided that no order shall be made unless the notice of the application has been given to the purchaser.

(2)No suit to set aside an order made under this section shall be brought by any person against whom such order is made.
(3)An appeal shall lie to the Commissioner against an order made under sub-section (1) refusing to set aside a sale if such appeal is preferred within thirty days from the date of the order.
