(3)The Vice-Chancellor may, at any time he thinks fit, convene a special meetingof the general council, for a specific purpose. Upon a requisition signed by at least tenmembers of the General Council convene a special meeting of the General Council for aspecific purpose and no subject other than the purpose for which the special meeting hasbeen convened shall be considered in the meeting.
