15. Procedure for the preparation of the present Land Use Map.

(1)The survey to be earned out by the Authority under sub-section (4) of Section 11 of the Act may include the survey and analysis of the development area and its vicinity areas with reference to the physical and socio-economic aspects.
(2)As soon as, may be, the Authority shall prepare a present Land Use Map and T .and Use Register in the form prescribed below indicating the present use of every piece of land while preparing the Perspective Plan, Master Plan and Zonal Development Plan in the development area:................Development AuthorityLand Use Register ofPerspective Plan/Master Plan/Zonal Development Plan
