3. Constitution and composition of the Council
(1) The Government may, as soon as may be, by notification in the Government Gazette, establish a Council to be called the Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Registration Council for carrying out the provisions of the Act.| (a) | Principal, Government Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu | ex officio, President by rotation of two years. The firstPresident of the Council shall be the Principal. GovernmentMedical College, Srinagar during which period the Principal,Government Medical College, Jammu shall be a member of theCouncil. Similarly, during the president ship of the PrincipalGovernment Medical College, Jammu, the Principal, GovernmentMedical College. Srinagar shall be a member of the Council. |
