State of Jammu-Kashmir - Subsection
Section 3(3) in Jammu and Kashmir Nursing Council Act, 2012
| (a) | Principal, Government Medical College, Srinagar/Jammu | ex officio, President by rotation of two years. The firstPresident of the Council shall be the Principal. GovernmentMedical College, Srinagar during which period the Principal,Government Medical College, Jammu shall be a member of theCouncil. Similarly, during the president ship of the PrincipalGovernment Medical College, Jammu, the Principal, GovernmentMedical College. Srinagar shall be a member of the Council. |
