Judgment / Order 15/05/2019 Learned counsel for the petitioners informs this Court that in the identical matter being number SBCWP No. 11404/2018 the following order has been passed on 06.8.2018:-

"Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in identical petition pending before Jaipur Bench bearing SBCWP No. 20945/2017 (M/s Vinayak Fuel Filling Station & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors.), while issuing notices, the Court has granted interim order.
Issue notice to the respondents No. 2 to 5. Notices are made returnable within two weeks, to be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioners.
In the meanwhile, operation and effect of revised/amended guidelines i.e. Clauses 1.5.(x), 5.1.2, 5.1.14(b), 5.1.18 and 8.3 (ix) contained in amended guidelines shall remain stayed qua the petitioners. "
