Section 40(1) in The U.P. Kshettra Panchayats And Zila Panchayats Adhiniyam, 1961
(1)The qualifications of persons to be appointed to the posts of Vitta Adhikari, Karya Adhikari, Abhiyanta and Kar Adhikari created under sub-section (1) of Section 39 and to all posts created under sub-section (2) of that section shall be as may be prescribed.
