40. Qualifications, conditions of service, etc.
(1)The qualifications of persons to be appointed to the posts of Vitta Adhikari, Karya Adhikari, Abhiyanta and Kar Adhikari created under sub-section (1) of Section 39 and to all posts created under sub-section (2) of that section shall be as may be prescribed.(2)The emoluments and other conditions of service of officers and other servants of the Zila Panchayat shall be such as may be prescribed.
