2. Definitions.
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires, -(a)"Act" means the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005);(b)"Secretary" means the Secretary to the Authority.(2)All other words and expressions used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.CHAPTER - II Term Of Office, Vacancy Of The Members
