59. Joint Consultative Committee.
(1)There shall be constituted as many Joint Consultative Committees for the purpose of promoting welfare of members of the nonteaching staff of the University, affiliated colleges and recognised institutions as may be deemed necessary by the University.(2)The constitution of every such committee, the term of office of its members and its powers and functions shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
