Section 59(1) in The Hemchandracharya North Gujarat University Act, 1986
(1)There shall be constituted as many Joint Consultative Committees for the purpose of promoting welfare of members of the nonteaching staff of the University, affiliated colleges and recognised institutions as may be deemed necessary by the University.
