FACTS
The matter is heard today dated 22.2.2011. Appellant not present. The Department is represented by Shri A. K. Bhattacharya, Assistant Postmaster General (Staff).
2. We have heard Shri Bhattacharya. We have also perused the records. The grievance of the appellant is that SPOs, Tamluk Division, has not provided him information regarding paras 02 and 04 of the RTI application. Shri Bhattacharya submits that he had requested SPOs, Tamluk Division, to provide this information and if it has not been supplied so far, he will take up the matter with the concerned officer and have the requisite information supplied to the appellant.
DECISION
3. In view of the above discussion Shri A. K. Bhattacharya, Assistant Postmaster (Staff), O/o CPMG, West Bengal Circle, Kolkata, is hereby directed to take up the matter with the SPOs, Tamluk Division, and to have the requisite information supplied to the appellant in 03 weeks time, if not already done.
