12. Executive Committee of District Sports Council.
(1)There shall be an Executive Committee of the District Sports Council consisting of its President, Vice-President, Secretary and two members to be nominated by the President of District Sports Council from among its members, of whom one shall be a woman.(2)The Executive Committee shall discharge such functions and perform such other duties, as may be entrusted to it by the District Sports Council, from time to time.(3)The procedure and quorum of meeting of the Executive Committee shall be such, as may be decided by District Sports Council.
