33. Duties of weighmen, measurers and surveyors.
(1)Every licensed weighman and measurer and surveyor shall keep such book or books and in such manner and render such daily and monthly returns at such time and in such forms as the Committee may prescribe from time to time with the approval of the Vice-Chairman of the Board.(2)Every weighman, measurer and surveyor shall render such assistance in collection and prevention of the evasion of market fee and/or any breach of rules and bye-laws as may be required by the Committee.(3)He shall not take up any service under a trader or a commission agent.(4)He shall sent the weighment, counting and the measurement books daily to the office of the Committee for verification.(5)Every weighman and measurer shall use only the standard weights and measurers.
