Section 7(2) in The Punjab Homeopathic Practitioners Act, 1965
(2)Any person nominated or elected to fill the vacancy shall notwithstanding anything contained in section 6, hold office only so long as the members in whose place he is nominated or elected would have held office if the vacancy had not occurred.
