7. Vacancies.
(1)If a vacancy occurs in the office of a member due to death, resignation, removal or disability of such member or otherwise, it shall be filled in the same manner as is provided in section 3.(2)Any person nominated or elected to fill the vacancy shall notwithstanding anything contained in section 6, hold office only so long as the members in whose place he is nominated or elected would have held office if the vacancy had not occurred.
