Section 13(2)(c) in The Mizoram Aided College Employees Rules, 1990

(c)Any adverse remark made by the initiating officer in such Annual Confidential Report, an employee shall be given an opportunity to state his case to the reviewing officer who may accept or reject such statement considering the circumstances leading to the case.
