Section 63(3) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(3)As soon as the voter enters the Polling Station the Presiding Officer or the Polling Officer authorised by him will compare the name of the voter and other particular with the relevant entries in the electoral roll and read out the serial number, name and other particulars of the voters.
