Section 4(1) in Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)For the purpose of admission to the first year Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy Courses, available seats shall include,-A. Government Seats. -(1) All the sanctioned seats of the Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy Courses in the Government Colleges or Institutions of the State,
