(c)All persons recruited to the Service in accordance with the provisions of these Rules and in accordance with the Rajasthan Panchayat Service Rules, 1955. The Rajasthan Panchayat Subordinate Service Rules, 1973, and The Rajasthan Subordinate Services (Recruitment & other Service Conditions) Rules, 1960, except urgent temporary appointment under Rule 31.
