Section 28(1) in The National Capital Region Planning Board Rules, 1985
(1)The budget in respect of the year next ensuing showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Board shall be prepared in Forms `C', `D', `E' and `F' and forwarded to the Government by the 15th October each year.
