28. Form of budget estimates.
(1)The budget in respect of the year next ensuing showing the estimated receipts and expenditure of the Board shall be prepared in Forms `C', `D', `E' and `F' and forwarded to the Government by the 15th October each year.(2)Such estimates shall be accompanied by the revised budget estimates for the current year.(3)The budget shall be based on the account heads given in Schedule I.(4)The budget shall be in two parts; one part relating to Revenue and the other to Capital.
