Section 22(1) in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Allotment and Sale of Government Land in the Indira Gandhi Canal Colony Area) Rules, 1975
(1)The Colonisation Commissioner, the Allotting Authority and the Colonisation Tehsildar shall exercise powers conferred by and perform the functions assigned to them under these rules.
