Section 27(3) in The Bengal Tanks Improvement Act, 1939
(3)Any person aggrieved by any order passed by a Commissioner under this Act may appeal in the prescribed manner to the Board of Revenue:Provided that where an order passed by the Collector of the district on appeal has been confirmed by the Commissioner no appeal under this sub-section shall lie except on a point of law.
