27. Other appeals.
(1)Any person aggrieved by any order passed by a Collector, other than the Collector of the district, under this Act may appeal in the prescribed manner to the Collector of the district.(2)Any person aggrieved by any order passed, on appeal or otherwise, by the Collector of the district may appeal in the prescribed manner to the Commissioner.(3)Any person aggrieved by any order passed by a Commissioner under this Act may appeal in the prescribed manner to the Board of Revenue:Provided that where an order passed by the Collector of the district on appeal has been confirmed by the Commissioner no appeal under this sub-section shall lie except on a point of law.
