Section 26(4) in The Bihar Municipal Election Rules, 2007
(4)Printed copies of the final electoral roll republished under sub-rule (1) of Rule 26 shall be sold to the public at such price, as may, from time to time, be fixed by the Executive Officer of the Municipality.
