1. Learned counsel undertakes to remove the defects within a week.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in a bunch of identical writ petitions led being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13994/2022 : Rajkumar Bairwa Vs. State of Raj., pending at Jaipur Bench of this Court, on 14.12.2022, the following interim order has been passed:
"In the meanwhile, petitioners are permitted to appear before the Rajasthan Staff Selection Board for their document verification and the same may be permitted by respondents."
3. List this case on 09.01.2023.
4. Meanwhile, the petitioner shall be permitted to appear in document verification to be conducted by the Rajasthan Staff (Downloaded on 04/01/2023 at 08:56:45 PM) (2 of 2) [CW-60/2023] Selection Board in relation to recruitment of the Basic Computer Instructor, as already ordered on 19.12.2022 in a bunch of writ petitions led by S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.13762/2022 (Suseel Kumar Vs State of Rajasthan.
