Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and having regard to the pleadings and submissions made in the Transfer Petition, the Court is of the opinion that the request for transfer deserves to be granted.
Accordingly, Petition being Writ Petition No. 14332 of 2017 titled as “V.B.R. Menon vs. The Principal Secretary to Government of Tamilnadu & Ors.” pending before the Madras High Court is hereby transferred to this Court and tagged along with the Special Leave Petition (C) No. 20173 of 2018 titled as “Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. & Anr. vs. Ningombam Rameshwar Singh & Ors.” pending before this Court.
Let the records of the case be transferred without delay. The transfer petition is allowed in the afore-stated terms.
