21. Disaffiliation.
(1)A State Level Sports Association may after giving due hearing disaffiliate any District Level Sports Association which has not fulfilled any of the obligations laid down m the Chapter VIII of this Act for two years in succession and inform the Registrar, who may take appropriate action under Section 24.(2)The Rajasthan State Sports Council may after giving due hearing, disaffiliate any State Level Sports Association which has not fulfilled any of the obligations laid down in the Chapter VIII of this Act for two years in succession and inform the Registrar who may take appropriate action under Section 24.
