Section 21(1) in Rajasthan Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Associations) Act, 2005
(1)A State Level Sports Association may after giving due hearing disaffiliate any District Level Sports Association which has not fulfilled any of the obligations laid down m the Chapter VIII of this Act for two years in succession and inform the Registrar, who may take appropriate action under Section 24.
