(1)The registration and renewal fees shall be as follows:-

(a)	Municipal Corporation having population of three lacs or more	Rs. 30,000/-	Rs. 30,000/-
(b)	Municipal Corporation having population of less than three lacs	Rs. 20,000/-	Rs. 20,000/-
(c)	Municipal Councils	Rs. 10,000/-	Rs. 10,000/-
(d)	Nagar Panchayats	Rs. 5,000/-	Rs. 5,000/-

(2)The registration and renewal fees shall be deposited in the treasury of the Municipality and Municipal Corporation against a proper receipt.
