Section 40(1) in Jawaharlal Institute of Post-Graduate Medical Education and Research Puducherry, Regulations, 2008
(1)The age of superannuation of the employees of the institute other than teaching medical faculty shall be sixty years;Provided that the medical and scientific specialists may be granted extension in service, on a case to case basis, upto the ages of sixty-two years in the case of persons who are exceptionally talented for reasons to be recorded in writing and subject to physical fitness and continued efficiency of the person concerned.
