Section 14A(2)(b) in The Bidhan Chandra Krishi (Viswavidyalaya) Act, 1974.

(b)If a vacancy arises in the Finance Committee in respect of the member nominated under clause (v), the Chancellor shall nominate another member from the panel who shall hold office for a full period of three years from the date of nomination.
