Section 10(2)(v) in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology, Bachelor of Pharmacy and Diploma in Pharmacy (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2008

(v)the Tuition Fee Waiver Scheme shall be for the complete duration of the course and students admitted under this scheme shall not be allowed to change the institutions or the course under any circumstances.
