Section 57(2)(b) in The Port Of New Mangalore Rules, 1976

(b)Where shipment in bulk of oils, are to be effected, the oils shall be transported to the port in tank wagons, or tank lorries and pumped directly therefrom into the vessel's tanks, or when the oil has been transported in tank barges, directly from barges into the vessel's tanks.
