22. Meetings of the Senate.
(1)A meeting of the Senate shall be held at least twice a year on dates to be fixed by the Vice- Chancellor, one of such meetings shall be the annual meeting.(2)A report on the working of the University during the previous year, together with a statement of receipts and expenditure, the financial estimates and the last audit report shall be presented for the consideration of the Senate at the annual meeting of the senate convened under subsection (1).(3)The Vice- Chancellor may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition in writing signed by not less than fifteen members of the Senate, convene a special meeting of the Senate.
